I've been meaning to email you for over a month.  Just wanted to take the time to say thank you for the AWESOME job you did cleaning our eavestroughs and windows.  

No longer do we have water spilling over the front of our house when it rains, as it's nicely flowing through the gutters again.  

Our windows are so clean, we've had two birds fly into them already! :-S  (Birds flying into windows - bad, however super clean windows - Excellent!!)  Proof that you've made them crystal clear!!

After over a year of neglect and in a household of heavy smokers, our windows and screens were filthy. I've never paid to have my windows cleaned before, but I really did not want to take on the challenge myself.  Rob did his magic and they are as clean as they can be. At one point, my elderly mother asked Rob when he was going to put the balcony patio doors back in when they were already squeaky clean and reinstalled!  Boy, is he ever thorough and meticulous!

It was a pleasure to have Rob in our home. He's just a really decent guy and completely concerned with his customer’s satisfaction.

We have already booked our October fall cleaning and will continue to use Mr. Sparkle for as long as Rob remains in business, which we hope will be a very long time!

Mr Sparkle (Rob) power washed my vinyl siding and deck and hand washed my windows -inside and out. 

I found Rob to have very high work ethics and took pride in his work, plus you could tell he actually enjoyed doing it.  He took his time and did a very thorough job even as the sun was starting to go down. He was intent at doing a good job and the job took him longer than he had originally anticipated - but he didn't hurry through it.  He did a great job - you could see a huge difference - before & after - and I'm sure that had I had any problems he would have been right there to correct it - but that wasn't necessary.

In addition to doing a great job, he respected my neighbours property as well as he had to go on their property to do one side of my house.  His price was very reasonable too.  I'm glad I discovered Mr. Sparkle - I will no doubt have him back shortly to do my eaves once all the leaves have fallen from the neighbourhood trees.

I have several 20 ft. high windows that look out onto the valley that were so dirty you couldn't even see the view.
